The results of 134 primary school
candidates’ in Fangak Country, Jonglei State, were canceled
by the National Examination Council (NEC) due to what it described as a serious violation of
examination rules and regulations.
NEC secretary general Simon Nyok Deng said the decision affected students from four schools
in Fangak County: Kweryong Primary School, Beer Primary School, St. Peter and Paul Primary, and
George Bow Primary School.
He explained that the candidates in those schools were found to have committed a serious
violation of examination regulations, prompting the Council to take strict disciplinary action.
